I am not sure it is relate, but kiwi could not check in my flight online on holiday, I had to pay aprox 200 EUR to ryanair on the airport.

For return flight I had may chat sessions, phone calls to kiwi (they pick up), phone calls to ryanair (impossible to reach), phone calls to target ariport (thanks a lot)

For return flight, I filled in my passport data on ryanair pages, where I registered before flight.

So I recommend to register on ryanair pages. Then fill in your passport data of travelers.

Maybe because I register on ryanair before trip (or because I got to database because of flight) , from some reason, all my family and myself already there present on ryanair account.

After I fill in passport data, kiwi online check pass!. So I do not have to pay 50 EUR per each person for check in on the air port.

So I think ryanair is blocking kiwi for online check by "GDPR"

Log in ryanair, fill in same information for passports as you filled in for kiwi. Try.
