Jo komme am Montag in eine neue Schule in einer neuen Stadt und ich kenne da garkeinen und garnix. Ich habe keine Ahnung wie ich mich benehmen soll ich war in bin ein nicht hässlich oder so und bestimmt der stärkste der Klasse ich habe kein Plan wo ich in der Pause hin soll und son kack man bin voll aufgeregt kann mir jemand bisschen helfen? :)

These days’ genetic modified crops are in a critical discussion, on the one hand they could improve the food supply and on the other hand there is an unknown risk for the humans and the nature.

First, I will sum sp the effect the use of genetic modified crops might have. It all starts with the companies which want to increase their income. So they introduced novel traits to make the crops having a bigger size, stronger colour and preserving them. After this, they sell the modified seeds with supplementary charges to farmers promising them a higher yield. By sowing the new seeds the original ones get lost. Until now we are having satisfied companies, overindebted farmers and no traditional crops anymore. The first years this will works, cause the bigger and apparently yield allows the farmers to buy the more expensive seeds, but after a few years the earth is depleted. Because crops, growing quicker and taller, need more minerals than “normal” crops. This is forcing them to buy additional fertilizer from the companies. As of now the downward spiral starts: to do something about the exhausting fertilizer is bought, the missing break of the fields belongs to an imbalance of the soil. This is trying to be controlled by spreading another fertilizer over the field. Those measures are the ruin of the farmers, who are not able to repay the debts.

After this survey of the effect, I will explain how the genetic modifying of crops works. At the starting point is a “normal” crop (for Example a tomato). The look and the colour do not correspond to the expectations of the consumers. They could be not big enough and to pale. For changing the phenotype (determines the look of an organism), the gen which decides on the selected quality is cut out by a restriction enzyme. Those chemical scissors leave “sticky ends”, which will be combined with a heterologous gene, that satisfy the conditions, by the DNA-Ligase. Next, the modified gen will be infiltrated into the crop, where it is duplicated. The fruits carrying the feature sorted out as long as every fruit fulfils the expectations.

Another way to increase the size of a crop is the polypoloidisation. Under influence of chemicals the separation of the chromatid during the meiosis is prevented. As result there is a diploid germ cell which disposes after the pollination with a diploid zygote of a doubled chromosome number. A positive effect of the polypoloidisation is the specification. So they cannot mix with “normal” crops, although the modified crops are more powerful than the original ones, why they drive those ones out of the nature, if no one controls the stand. **

mein ex und ich waren mal 2 monate zusammen das war genau vor 6 monaten, wie alles begann...er war sich scheinbar nur am anfang sicher das er mich wollte, dann fingen die probleme an..ein ständiges hin und her...wir sind zusammen, dann wieder nicht..vor 3 wochen hat er das letzte mal einfach so sich aus dem staub gemacht, keine sms das es aus ist, nein gar nix...

nach 3 wochen hat er sich dann plötzlich mit na normalen sms als wär nix gemeldet -so in der art, bin es ja eh gewöhnt, das es so läuft...

ich halte diese ungewissheit nicht aus, ich will einen freund, der mich liebt, keinen loosen kontakt...ich habe ihm jetzt gschrieben, das ich absolut kein kontakt mehr will, das ich ihn vergessen möchte u. das ich auch nicht will, das er jetzt noch antwortet drauf..er hat natürlich trotzdem geantwortet...:(

war es richtig so? ich habe noch gefühle für ihn, aber ich fühl mich verarscht und hingehalten...er wollte unbedingt den kontakt beibehalten aber für was? es wird sich doch eh nie was ändern...er ist noch jünger als ich, bin 26..
