Wohnung´s suche! Betrüger oder kein Betrüger

Hallo ich bin auf der suche nach einer Wohnung in Hamburg und habe eine gefunden auf der seite von immobilienscout. Das Angebot ist sehr gut, Preisleistung 1a+. Habe per e-mail kontakt aufgenommen und bekamm eine stunde später sofort eine Antwort auf Englisch. Das der Herr in London lebt und und 2 jahre in Deutschland gearbeitet und gelebt hat und die Wohnung sein Eigentum ist. Er sucht für min 2 Monaten und max. 10 Jahre ein Mieter das in seiner Wohnung lebt und halt ein Auge drauf hat. Die Wohnung ist kommplett möbliert mit neuen Möbeln, neue Küche Granit fussboden usw... Und ein Top Preis, die Miete verspricht er auch nicht anzuheben. So alles wunderbar, worauf ich sagte ich will Sie natürlich und wie wir es machen. 30 min später e-mail zurück " Ich sagte ihnen ja das ich in London bin und wenn Sie wirklich interesse haben überweisen Sie mir 2 Kaltmieten von 600€. So und jetzt gingen bei mir die Alarmglocken an. Der Typ wohnt nicht hier und hat eine super Wohnung zu einem Super-Preis, man kann sagen 50% unter allen anderen vergleichbaren Wohnungen dieser Klasse. Spricht nur Englisch obwohl er in Deutschland gewohnt und gearbeitet hat und möchte das ich ihm einfach mal so 600€ überweise als Sicherheit. So wo bleibt meine Sicherheit??? Es kann ja alles wahr sein aber ich muß doch mit dem Betrug im Hinterkopf doch rechnen oder? Meine frage kommt jemand die Masche bekannt vor?

I will explain to you step by step how this will work: 1 - To start this transaction I will need to know your full shipping name and address to proceed with this deal. 2 - The Royal Rentals http://royal-rentals.octopis.com send you the keys and contract. 3 - The Agent Courier will check the envelope to see if everything is OK with it and also the legal papers that will come along with the Keys. 4 - Royal Rentals will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody. 5 - At this point you will have to go and make a money transfer deposit on the Agent Courier name assigned with this transaction. 6 - After you make the deposit you will have to send the infos about the money deposit to Agent Courier (MTCN, sender's name and address). 7 - The Agent Courier will verify the payment information and if everything is ok they will deliver the Keys and the contract to you. 8 - After you receive the package, You will go and check the apartment and in 2 days you must contact them and tell them if you keep the apartment or not, if verything is in order you will instruct Agent Courier to release the funds to me. If you agree what i suggested i will tell them that my apartment is already rented and i will keep it for you. If you agree then I must have all the shipping details so I will be able to make all the arrangements for the delivery.
