ich fürchte, Du hast nicht erkannt, dass es sich hier um BEFEHLSSÄTZE handelt. Diese werden in der indirekten Rede meist mit dem to-Infinitiv dargestellt.
He told me to please go and buy the correct type of visa.
He told me to wait for one moment.
