Im Normalfall steht es für anpassen oder modifizieren.
Rin Beispiel: you can tweak the settings to customize the display on your phone.
Aber es ist auch ein umgangssprachliches Wort für das Verhalten von Drogenabhängigen.
He was screaming around and making weird movements like a lot of junkies do.
Je nach Satzzusammenhang kann es sein:
1) twist or pull (something) sharply. "He tweaked the boy's ear"
2) improve (a mechanism or system) by making fine adjustments to it. "Engineers tweak the car's operating systems during the race"
3) become or cause to become agitated or excited, typically from taking amphetamines or another stimulant.
Unter Drogeneinfluss stehend verrückt werden. Aber Kontext wäre hilfreich
