Warum funktioniert CAS Unlock bei mir nicht?

Hallo Sims-4 Spieler, kennt ihr Cas Unlock? Wenn ja wieso funktioniert das bei mir nicht? Da steht: Haushalte können in diesem Modus von Erstelle einen Sim nicht in übernommen werden.
