oder würde auch: ,,People are called Hispanics or Latinos who are from Latin America..“

die zweite Version ist falsch.
so gehört auch zu Wörtern, mit denen du sparsamer und vorsichtiger umgehen solltest.
People who are from Latin America, i. e. / such as / for example / that is to say, from South and Central America or Mexico are called Hispanics or Latinos.

Hispanics or Latinos are those individuals with roots in Latin America.
Grundsätzlich richtig, aber könnte etwas flüssiger geschrieben werden. Etwa so:
"People from Latin America, including South and Central America or Mexico, are called Hispanics or Latinos."
Die Lösung ist gut, aber kein "or".
People from Latin America, including South and Central America, and Mexico, are called Hispanics or Latinos.
Das "so" passt nicht, obwohl in der Sprache geht es.
So würde ich das machen:
People who are from Latin America, e.g., from South, Central America or Mexico, are called Hispanics or Latinos.
