App inventor - kann man ein GIF als Hintergrundbild nehmen?

Also für ein Schulprojekt sollen wir eine App erstellen und diese selbst gestalten nun haben wir uns gedacht wir nehmen eine Nyancat (als GIF) als hintergrund... das gif bewegt sich allerdings nicht... Jetzt stellt sich die Frage geht das überhaupt?

Hello, no, it is not a standard, unless you display a GIF in the WebViewer.

You have to unpack the GIF or a video into individual images, upload it to AppInventor and have it read out with the clock timer.
