Wenn ein neues Profil, das Problem behebt, dann hast Du eine Erklärung, warum eine Neuinstallation von Firefox das Problem nicht gelöst hat: Profile sind Nutzerdaten und die werden bei einer Neuinstallation von Firefox nicht gelöscht, neu installiert oder sonst in irgendeiner Form geändert, sondern bleiben komplett erhalten.
