also ich habe mir vor kurzer zeit auch ein stück vom finger abgesäbelt (:D) und hatte das gleiche . beim arzt wurde dieses ein wenig schmerzhaft abgenommen abgewaschen und desinfektion raufgetan , dann kahm da eine gaze (ich glaub das heißt so ) rauf damit das nicht verklebt und genug feuchtigkeit hat und dann wurde es mit einer compress und einem fingerling zugemacht :)

Achja und damit du die wunde sauber bekommst (was wichtig ist) nimmst du lauwarmes wasser und weihcst es ein und reibst den rest leicht mit einer compresse oder ähnlichem ab :)

kann auch am kalten Wetter liegen hab ich heute im fernsehen gehört :) Und sonst imemr mit so extra piercing desinfizierzeug reinigen :)
