Propleme mit Ram Speicher

Hallo Liebe Leute habe mir vor ungefair 1 jahr ein pc gekauft nun ist der nach ungefair 1 jahr mal abgekackt nun habe ich das proplem das er nicht mehr alles arbeitsspeicher hatte 6 bevor er abgekackt is jeztt sind es nur noch 2,99 GB Ram was soll ich tun.
