Hallo zusammen. Wir müssen in Englisch eine schriftliche Arbeit über ein Schiff schreiben. Ich habe hier einen text geschrieben und auch schon einiges korrigiert. Wäre aber dennoch sehr froh wenn sich jemand hier die Zeit nehmen könnte um nochmals drüberzulesen und fehler zu korrigieren. Danke im Vorraus
Abandoned ship
27 January 2010 At the 30 June 2008 the coastguards of New York began searching for a crew because their boat was found empty near the coast of New York by a fishing boat. The ship called Ocean 1 left the Beach “Fort Tilden Beach” with their small sailing ship at the 1 of June. The Crew of the Ocean 1 wanted to sail across the Ocean to Puerto Rico within 30 Days. There were a Family on the boat. The Father Klaus 51 his wife Claira 48 and their children Maximus 18 and Petra 19. However, only 7 Days after they started their sailing trip to Puerto Rico a fishing boat spotted the ship. He saw no Captain on the boat and just wondered why. So the fisher started to sail near the sailing ship with his fishing boat. He was sure that there was something wrong, so he climbed over the rear on the boat and he looked for people, but he didn’t find someone. The ship was in perfect conditions and everything was working fine. He just entered into the kitchen and saw a pan with some meat which was still hot. But not only that, in the bedroom was a big safe in the wall, it was broken up. He asked himself: “Were there some pirates which raided the ship and kidnapped the crew of the Ocean 1?”. He also found a teared part of a sailing map, at the bottom of the map were some letters but “treas” was the only thing he was able to read. He went back to the Beach “Fort Tilden” were the ship Ocean 1 and their crew started and alerted the coastguards of New York City. The coastguards started a big sea rescue operation with 7 boats and some planes. But they weren’t successful. One week after the sea rescue operation started they just stopped it. There are many myths what happened to the crew of the Ocean 1. But also Years later it’s still a mystery.
