I am not from Germany but I have also made a order on brandwatches.eu on 16.01.2014 , I payed in advance with bank transfer ( they have told me that I can not pay with paypal )

Since I have made the payment nothing ....... no answer on e-mail, no answer on phone....nothing.

Is this company a fraud ? Has anyone recived the order made on this site ?
