Ich gehe mal davon aus das du Whatsapp benutzt ;) Ein Haken bedeutet das die Nachricht zum Whatsapp Server gesendet wurde. Der zweite (graue) Haken bedeutet die Nachricht wurde von Handy heruntergeladen und wenn die beiden Haken blau sind hat der Empfänger die Nachricht gelesen.
