Computer findet nach update auf itunes 11.0.2 das Iphone 4 nicht mehr

Ich habe heute auf meinem LapTop (Windows 7 - prof) einen update auf itunes gemacht. Damit habe ich die version 11.0.2 installiert. Dies, soweit für mich erkennbar auch erfolgreich. Itunes läuft auch auf dem Rechner ohne erkennbare Probleme.

Aber. wenn ich jetzt mein Iphone 4 über das USB Kabel an Itunes verbinde, erkennt itunes das iphone nicht mehr. - Ich habe die von apple vorgeschlagenen Tests durchgeführt - Rechner und Iphone mehrfach neu gestartet - Itunes de- und neu installiert - Kabel ist überprüft -> ok - Iphone an 2. Rechner angeschlossen (mit altem itunes), dort wird das Iphone ebenfalls sofort erkannt. - über mscongif (wie von apple) empfohlen, alle Startprogramme ausgeschaltet und nur itunes starten lassen

Das Ergebnis ist immer dasselbe: - Trotz Anschluß ist das Iphone nicht in itunes erkennbar (auswählbar) - Auch der Akku wird nicht geladen

Hat jemand eine Ahnung? Kann ich alte Itunes-Version einspielen?

Hallo, der Apple Support hat die Lösung nach ein paar Anläufen gefunden. Ich übernehme hier die Antwort:

*After installed iTunes 11.0.2.26, the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver entry is listed, but has an exclamation mark over it. Reinstall the Apple Mobile Device Driver is needed!

Right-click the Apple Mobile Device entry in Device Manager and choose Uninstall from the shortcut menu.
In the resulting dialog box, click OK.
In the Device Manager window, right-click Universal Serial Bus controllers and choose Scan for hardware changes from the shortcut menu.
Windows automatically reinstalls the necessary drivers and attempts to remount the device.*

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.2, iTunes 11.0.2.26 problem after upgd

klarer war für mich folgende Arbeitsanweisung:

**My computer -> right click -> Properties -> Hardware -> Device Manager

-> Universal Serial Bus controllers -> Apple Mobile Device USB Driver**
