Wieso geht windows nicht?

Ich habe mir ein neuen PC geholt und wenn ich ihn starte kann sich windows 10 nicht Installieren da immer eine Fehler Meldung kommt

(also ich komme garnicht erst auf das Windows Menü)

Also da steht!

Install Windows

the Computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows Installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, Click "OK" to restart The Computer, and The restart The Installation.

und das hab ich 10-15min durch gemacht.
