Copyright für youtube Background

Hallo , ich habe mir in photoshop ein bildchen aus 2 bildern zusammengeschnippelt für youtube , natürlich möchte ich das copyright nicht verletzten , deswegen schrieb ich auf den hintergrund

Info:This layout has been created by me , the right picture has been created by Name XXX , i just compiled both pictures to one , nun habe ich ihm folgende email geschrieben .

Hello , i have an small question , can i use your photo for my Youtube background ? , combined with an other photo ,i noticed an info , that you made the photo .

Und dann habe ich das bild ängehäng also ich dachte mir ich frage ihn mal ob er das in ordnung findet , habe ich alles richtig gemacht ?
