Hey, I really really need your help!!! Today I received the "Mahnbescheid" from the court because I haven't paid the bill about 1800 euro to my orthodontist (I have already paid 4700 euro). There are several reasons that I don't want to pay.

1. The result of this treatment is very bad. Both of my upper and lower teeth are very convex. I have consulted other doctors. They told me that my teeth are so crowded and if I want my teeth not that convex, some teeth should definitely be extracted. Then I talked with my orthodontist. He said if I want to extract my teeth, I should sign my name to a new contract and this new treatment will take another 2 years and cost another 6000 euro. (He is crazy)

2. The total amount of the contract is 6000 euro for 2-3 years. I was treated for only 1.5 years and was already charged more than 6000 euro. So I told my orthodontist this problem. He said I don’t have to pay any fees in the future treatment. But after he knew that I found a “Gutachter” against him. He sent me the bill with another 500 euro for just two appointments (in these two appointments he did nothing but asking me to open my month). He also sent me a letter to terminate our contract. But my treatment has not finished yet. He didn't give me a “Fest Spange” which will cost about 400 euro.
