About five years ago I travelled (travel ) to Scotland for the first time and was fascinated (fascinate) immediately by the beautiful landscape, the romantic castle and the historic sites. It was raining (rain) almost every day when I explored (explore) the Highlands, but that did not worry (not worry) me as friends who had been (be) to Scotland before** warned** (warn) me. I was not able (not able) to go hiking on my first trip so I decided (decide) to come back as soon as possible. I persuaded (persuade) my friends Simon and Marc to accompany me on a rambling tour through the Grampians. Both love (love) the Highlands because they had visited (visit) Scotland when they were (be) teenagers but have not been (not be) back since. Early summer will be (be) a good season for hiking, therefore Marc, Simon and I are going to set out (set out) on our next journey June. We should save (must save) a lot of money to buy our camping equipment. We will buy (buy) our tickets soon because I am afraid prices will go (go) up again before the summer season starts. I am sure we will enjoy (enjoy) our tour and that this will not be (not be) my last visit to that beautiful region of the British Isles.
