Ich bin in der 10. Klasse eines Technischen Gymnasiums und muss demnächst eine 10-20 minütige Präsentation auf englisch im Fach Global Studies (das ist eine Art Mischung aus Gemeinschafts- und Erdkunde, in der der Unterricht ca. zur Hälfte auf Englisch stattfindet) halten. Hätte von euch vielleicht jemamd einen Themenvorschlag für diese Präsentation? Ich würde mich auch gern an etwas komplexere Sachen wie die Flüchtlingskrise wagen, bin mir aber (v. a. weil es auf Englisch ist) noch nicht sicher. Etwas in Richtung Waffengesetze (v. a. USA) fände ich auch interessant. Ihr könnt aber auch gern Vorschläge in eine vollkommen andere Richtung bringen. Hauptsache ist, dass es einen globalen Bezug und eine Problemorientierung hat!:)

Thema: Teenagers access to the internet should be limited to a maximum of two hours a day.

It is just a week ago, that politican discusses in a tv show about limited Internet access to a maximum of two hours a Day for teenagers.Some People think that a limited Internet have more Advantages as Disadvantages. I think there are many points that speak against a limited internet. Let me try to convince you by explaining some arguments.

First of all, it would be very difficult to enforce that kind of law. People hate limitations so as I. It is certain that the teenagers try to avoid this limitation and from my point of view it will succeed.

Secondly, I am of the opinion that a limited Internet acces to a maximum of two hours is too strict. The internet is very helpful, it is a great chanel to keep in touch wirth friends. It helps the teenagers by studying or help them to organize different sorts of events such as parties or meetings. To put it in a nutshell, the internet is to important as it should limited to a maximum of two hours a day.
