Lösung, die bei mir funktioniert hat.
Änderungen hat der registry sind immer mit Risiken verbunden und erfolgen auf eigene Gefahr. Bei mir hats geholfen, die Optionen hinzuzuf+gen. Leider kann man hier keine Dateien hochladen, deshalb hier die Anleitung...
Unter regedit folgende Werte bearbeiten oder einfacher mit dem Editor eine .txt Datei öffnen und folgende Befehle eingeben und anschließend als Add Turn Off Options.reg abspeichern:

Wichtig!! Nicht als .txt, sondern als .reg abspeichern und dann mit Doppelklick öffnen/ installieren. Wenn es nicht klappt oder man es rückgängig machen will... Dann das gleiche Prozedere mit folgenden Einstellungen:
