Please see the steps below on how to check if the Valorant is installed.
a. Checking from Services.msc
- Press Windows + R to open Run windows. Enter 'services.msc' and click OK.
- Select 'Services (Local)', look for 'vgc' in the list of services, if vgc is present, Vanguard should be installed.
b. Checking from Program and Features
- Press Windows + R to open Run windows. Enter 'appwiz.cpl' and click OK to open Program and Features windows.
- Look for Riot Vanguard.
Follow the right steps below if the Riot Vanguard is installed or not installed.
- If Riot Vanguard is installed and 'Code 37' error is present, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
- As an attempt to diagnose the possible root cause of the issue, please check if there’s a system restart has been done after updating Synapse 3.
- After the system restart, did you see the following error message by Riot Vanguard.
- Please uninstall Riot Vanguard (see How to uninstall Riot Vanguard - https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044648213-Uninstalling-and-Disabling-Riot-Vanguard) and do a system restart.
- Verify if device detection issue still has been resolved after Riot Vanguard has been uninstalled
- If issue has been resolved, reinstall Riot Vanguard and verify if issue re-appears.
- If Valorant is not installed, are there any other games installed on the PC. If YES, follow the steps below.
- Uninstall Synapse - https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5459
- Disconnect all Razer USB peripherals.
- Run Driver Cleanup Tool (Emphasize that all Razer devices must be disconnected & user account type must have administrator rights). **SEE THE STEPS BELOW.
- Reconnect all Razer USB peripherals and install Synapse
- Follow the onscreen instructions to restart PC to complete installation.

Requirements:
To be able to use the Driver Cleanup tool successfully, the following conditions must be met:
- Synapse 3 must already be uninstalled
- The user account type must have administrator rights
- All Razer devices must be disconnected
- After running the Driver Cleanup tool, the system must be restarted.
Notes:
- If the tool is run accidentally, uninstall Synapse 3 completely and re-install using a newly downloaded installer.
- For “unsigned driver" error, please do not use this tool and make sure secure boot is disabled.
