I ordered 6 items from SKLUM and only received 5. At first I didn't complain as I just thought that the 6th item would arrive a little later. When nothing happened, I contacted customer service. They said I had to upload pictures of the photos I received (which I did), as well as pictures of the shipping boxes. I din't save the boxes, so now they're saying that I cannot proof not to having received the missing item. Which is why I won't get my money back or receive my product after all. I wouldn't recommend anybody to shop at SKLUM - I lost nearly 300€ and never received the 6th item.
