Blutgruppensystem russisch/deutsch?

Hallo~

Ich würde gerne meine Blutgruppe wissen, aber auf meiner Geburtsurkunde steht "1. positiv" weil die russisch ist. Ich weiß aber nicht wie es in dem AB0 System heißt :/
Kann da jemand helfen? Was ich auf Google gesehen hab, ist alles iwie anders

Stimmt nicht. Im russischen heißen die Blutgruppen wie folgt: I = 0, II = A, III = B, IV = AB

Positiv = +, negativ = -

Somit I+ = 0 positiv.
