Habe gerade in einem englischsprachigem Forum die Lösung gefunden und ausprobiert und funktionierte tatsächlich:

I think you may just have to change your usb option on the phone so it is connected as a media device rather than a camera, then you will see the video files as well as photos in the folder. I just had the same issue and that seemed to solve it. Use the top pull down menu and click where it says 'ongoing..connected as ...touch for other usb options'.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem. Er zeigt mir auf dem Smartphone im Ordner die Fotos und Videos an, verbinde ich das S3 aber mit dem PC zeigt er nur noch die Fotos an. Unverbunden kann ich sowohl Fotos wie auch Videos sehen, anschauen und finden
