Good morning everybody.
My name is Kevin. Today I am going to talk about the film “22 Jump Street.”

In the first part of my
presentation I am going to talk about the introduction of the film. In the
second part of my presentation I am going to give you some information about
the plot. And last but not least I am going show you the main characters.
In the first part of my
presentation I am going talk about the introduction of the film. The film 22
Jump Street is an American action comedy film. In 2014, 22 Jump Street was
released by the Columbia Pictures industry and by the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer
Studios. The directors are Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. Phil Lord and
Christopher Miller are American filmmakers, actors and animators. Lord and
Miller met at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire and made friends. The film was
written by Jonah Hill, who is one of the main characters and Michael Bacall.
Michael Bacall is an American screenwriter and actor. He is known for co-
written a few films, for example 21- and 22 Jump Street. 22 Jump Street is the
following film to the film 21 Jump Street, based on the series of the same
name. The film got lots of positive reviews and over $331 million at the box office. The budget for the film was $84.5 million.
In the second part of my presentation I am going to give you some
information about the plot. The film is set in the United States, the exactly
place is unknown. The main characters are Jonah Hill as Schmidt and Channing
Tatum as Jenko. Schmidt and Jenko are two police officer, who are following
their success in the 21 Jump Street for two years. Now Schmidt and Jenko are
back as a duo on the streets chasing drugs and narcotic. They work in the 22
Jump Street for Captain Dickson who is the actor Ice Cube. Their
assignment is to go undercover as students at a college and locate the supplier
of a drug who is known as “Why-Phy. A student with a special tattoo got
photographed, while he was buying the drug from a dealer. Schmidt and Jenko
lose the control of the assignment because they live their student life again.
It seems to be a nice time for them. At college Jenko joins the college
football team and live his party life. Jenko quickly makes friends with Zook
and rooster, who are playing in the college football team as well. Jenko starts
to do parties with his new friends and he forgets Schmidt and their assignment
to find the supplier of the drug. Schmidt gets the attention of an art student,
Maya. Schmidt spends a lot of time with her. After a short time Jenko has a big
success in the football team and he is skeptical about his career as a police
officer. Whilst Jenko is hanging out with Zook and Rooster, he notices that
Zook has the same tattoo as the student in the photo. They later realize that
Zook is not the dealer but another customer who bought the drug. Spring break arrives
and Schmidt goes after the supplier. He is joined by Jenko, so the two can have
one final mission together. After a wild chase at spring break, they can find
the supplier of the drug and destroy the source of Why-Phy. They also
prevent the dissemination of the drug at the college and complete their final
mission together.
And last but not least
I am going show you the main characters. The main characters are Jonah Hill as Schmidt and Channing
Tatum as Jenko. Jonah hill was born on the 20th December, 1983 in
Los Angeles. Right now, he is 33 years old. He is an American actor,
producer screenwriter and comedian. He is known for his comedic roles in a lot
of films. As a screenwriter, he contributed to stories of 21- and 22 Jump
Street. In his college time he began to write his own plays and he performed
them in the Black and White bar in a neighborhood of New York. His plays helped
him to realize that his real passion is to act in films. Dustin Hoffman asked
him if he wanted to
act for a role in I Heart Huckabees, in which Hill made his film
debut.
Channing Tatum was born on the 26th
April, 1980 in Cullman, Alabama. Right now, he is 37 years old. He is an
American actor. He is known for his role as the character Duke in the action
film “The Rise of Cobra”. The film was very successful, it grossed more than $300
million at the box office. When Tatum was a teenager he worked as a roofer.
After a few years he started to work as a stripper at a nightclub. In 2010 he
said that he wanted to make a movie about his experience as a stripper. That
idea led to the movie “Magic Mike”, which made him more famous than before.
To sum up my talk, I
would say that 22 Jump Street is a very funny comedy film with a lot suspense. In
the film are lots of funny scenes and jokes. There are also nice special
effects, for example a car explosion in the chase of the supplier of drug. The
film is very suitable for teens, because of the storyline. The teens will definitely
like it.
