Minecraft Nitrado Server joinen funktioniert nicht?

Ich habe mir gestern bei Nitrado einen Minecraft Server gekauft. Auf diesem spiele ich mit ein paar Freunden auf der 1.13.1. Das Problem ist, das der Server nach ein paar Stunden auf einmal abstürzt (bzw. alle eine Timeout haben). Dannach kann keiner mehr auf den Server joinen (trotz mehrfachem restart), aber irgendwann geht es wieder. Kann mir hierbei jemand weiterhelfen?
