I want to see you the beneficiary of 2200 EURO ( less the cost of money transfer ) . Maybe you are worry about the transfer fee that your wife will pay about 90 Euro from 2200 EURO . Because this condition is put by me , at the moment when we will meet , I will give you back the taxes fee , even you don't buy the car ( like this you have nothing to lose ) . This will be the proof for me that you have the money and you will come there to meet me !

My point is that : after I will see this transfer on your name I will be sure that you will be there and we will go together to the Western Union in Bad Rothenfelde to take your money back ( you can pick up your money at any Western Union location anywhere in your country ). I told you , I am ready to meet you , but without this proof I will not accept to make this long road to Germany without any result . I will wait for your decision in this deal , regarding my only condition ( fair for both ).

P.S. Sometimes the agent of Western Union , ask for what reason is made the transfer .. If the sender ( Absender ) tell them that the money is for something you want to buy , will have to pay a very expensive fee ( for making commerce ) . This is the part where I will lose ( because I will pay your transfer fee ) . If at western union know that is an normal transfer ( between relatives or friends .. with no another interest ) , will pay normal fees .. Thank you for understanding , **
