Dazu gibst du einfach das (ungekochte) Ei in ein Glas Wasser. Stell vorher sicher das die Schale unbeschädigt ist. Sinkt das Ei nach unten, ist es noch frisch. Schwimmt das Ei an der Wasseroberfläche, dann ganz arg Finger weg davon. Steht das Ei leicht schräg im Wasser, sollte es nur gut durcherhitzt gegessen werden.
