Was sind das für Symbole/Buchstaben um das Kreuz? Die Bedeutung des Totenkopf ist mir bekannt der Rest aber nicht.

Das ist das Calvary Cross (Golgota Kreuz). Links ist die Heilige Lanze, mit der Jesus am Kreuz verwundet wurde. Rechts ein Hyssop-Stängel (bzw Stange) mit Schwamm, der Essig beinhaltet (Joh 19,29).
Ganz unten Adams Schädel und Knochen.
