Das bedeutet soviel wie: Du hast's drauf (an eine weibl. Person gerichtet, sonst: el puto amo).

Etwas wörtlicher wäre es (bewunderungsvoll): du bist die verdammte Herrin.

Es bezieht sich eigentlich immer auf etwas wie kein anderer zu können oder eine Situation wie von Zauberhand zu meistern.

ich habe das gefunden:

I'm not Spanish, but... you can say to someone "eres el puto amo" (to male) or "eres la puta ama" (to a female) and the best translation into colloquial British English I can think of is "you are the fucking business".

However, you can also say "la puta ama" as a standalone expression, which means "fucking great", "fucking cool", or anything similiar.

(^By the way, this expression is only used in Spain).
