Stimme im Spielchat aufzeichnen?
Wenn ich in einem Spiel zb Fortnite die Stimmen anderer aufzeichne und das auf YouTube hochlade ist das dann strafbar oder stimmen die Nutzer des Spiels automatisch zu das sie es erlauben sich aufzeichnen zu lassen wenn sie den Sprachkanal betreten?

Spieler stimmen zu das alles was sie auf Epic Games teilen genutzt werden darf, daher auch die Stimmen. Aus moralischer sicht würde ich aber trotzdem am amfang oder ende der runde fragen ob du das hochladen darfst.
