Astro A50 kein Sound - Base Station blinkt weiß?

Mein Headset hat auf einmal nicht mehr funktioniert ... auf einmal habe ich nichts mehr gehört ... das Gerät wird bei Windows erkannt und der Pegel schlagt auch aus wenn ich Musik anmache, nur ich höre eben nichts durch die Kopfhörer ... Hab schon mehrere Hard Resets durchgeführt, manuell die Firmware aktualisiert etc habe die letzten3 Tage alle versucht was nur geht aber nichts hat geholfen

2. Find The FREQUENCY And GAME Buttons

Before going any further, you need to locate the buttons labeled DOLBY and GAME.

The DOLBY button is the middle button on the side.

The GAME button is on the outside of the right earcup.

Now that you’ve located each button, move on to the next step.

3. Press And Hold The Buttons

At the same time, press and hold the DOLBY and GAME buttons for 15 seconds, or longer.

Danke aber genau das habe ich eben schon 10 mal versucht
