wenn du in nem standardsattel gallopp sitzen kannst, dann auch in nem westernsattel. ist viel leichter. einfach etwas hoch, etwas nach vorn und schön die füße als federn benutzen, weil du zwar aus dem sattel gehts, aber nicht so hoch wie bei nem standardsattel.

MDMA macht nicht abhängig. Abhängigkeit bedeutet, daß der Körper die Substanz braucht um normal zu funktionieren (bei Heroin oder Alkohol z.B.) und das ist bei MDMA nicht der Fall.

MDMA kann süchtig machen, in dem Sinne, daß man es immer wieder haben will. Allerdings har MDMA da (genau wie LSD) eine ganz tolle Sicherung eingebaut: MDMA wirkt nicht täglich. 1 oder 2 Nächte kannste durchmachen, wenn Du echt gutes Zeug hast und regelmässig nachlegst (dabei wird die Dosis immer höher), aber dann ist erst mal Feierabend und Du brauchst erst mal Pause (ich sag immer mindestens 1, besser 2 Wochen oder noch mehr) um überhaupt wieder das gewünschte High erziehlen zu können.

Also zum baden gehen ist es zu kalt. Aber würdet Ihr trotzdem gerne etwas draussen machen? Dann könntet Ihr ja immer noch eine Radtour machen, Laufen (entweder sportmäaasig oder irgendwo spazieren, wo Ihr es schön und/oder interessant findet) -auf Spaziergängen kann man auch oft ganz coole Fotos machen. Falls ihr OutdoorHobbies habt wie, was weiß ich, Reiten, Skaten, Inlinerfahren, usw. könnt Ihr ja auch das machen.

Nun wenn Ihr lieber drinnen bleiben wollt, dann gibt es eine Menge Sachen, mit denen man Spaß haben und sich die Zeit vertreiben kann. Fotos machen (macht mir z.B. oft grossen Spaß Fotos zu machen, z.B. wenn man sich extra intersseant dafür fertig macht -das macht auch schon mal Spaß- oder wenn man Gegenstände mal genau betrachtet und sieht, was man da für ungewöhnliche und coole Arrangements machen kann...). Ihr könntet Euch irgendetwas online machen, das Euch Spaß macht, vielleicht einfach mal Leute zum Spaß ein bißchen ärgern und dann über die Reaktionen lachen. Ihr könntet kochen, backen, was künstlerisches machen wenn Euch das interessiert (das ist auch mal was zum ausprobieren, wenn Ihr sonst nichts in der Richtung macht, denn ein paar Grundmaterialien wie Stifte oder Tusche hat je so ziemlich jeder irgendwo zuhause und wenn man einfach mal damit anfängt, findet man oft ganz neue Seiten an sich selber und auch ein neues Hobby). Ihr könntet auch einfach Quatschen, Musik hören, Filme ansehen, selber Videos machen (was zum Spaß, oder etwas über ein Thema, das Euch wichtig ist und daß Ihr vielleicht sogar irgendwo postet). Und dann... Also es gibt so viele Sachen, die man machen kann, irgendwas fällt Euch bestimmt ein. Ausserdem: Wenn man nicht weiß, was man tun soll, dann kommen einem spontan oft die besten Ideen. Also ich würde mal sagen trefft Euch einfach und wenn Euch von den Tips die hier gegeben wurden aud Anhieb nichts zusagt, dann kommt bestimmt spätestens dann die zündende Idee, wenn ihr anfängt einfach mal loszulabern. UND: Man ist nie zu alt um mal Blödsinn zu machen, also vielleicht kommt ihr auf irgend'ne Idee die Ihr einfach mal aus Spaß durchzieht. Hast Du Strassenmalkreide zuhause, oder hat Deine Freundin welche? Ist zwar ziemlich unspektakulär, aber sogar da kann man echt witzige Sachen mit veranstalten, vorausgesetzt, daß es nur bewölkt ist, aber nicht regnet. Obwohl wenn Ihr den Regen nicht scheut, dann könntet Ihr auch im Regen geeignete Plätze finden um mal 'n paa lustige und/oder wichtige Nachrichten oder Zeichnungen zu hinterlassen. Klingt jetzt wohl nach Kinderkram, aber ganz ehrlich: Ich werd in ein paar Wochen 28 und ich hab da manchmal trotzdem irren Spaß mit.

Microchiroptera as well as Megachiroptera are the world's only flying mammals that all belong to the order of Chiroptera - Bats. Bats alone represent about 20% of all mammal species in the world, with about 1240 species that can be found all over the world with the exception of Antartica, Arctica and a few isolated oceanic islands. 40 of these species can be found in Europe, 30 of them in Central Europe. Some bats are vegetarians and live off of fruit and flower nectar, some eat small vertebrates, and three types of bat feed off of blood from either birds or mammals. The majority of bats, however, are insect eaters, and they play a very important role in the ecosystem, as the number of insects would increase alarmingly if bats were to become extinct. Unfortunately, some types of bats already are on the list of endangered animals. The fact that some bats live off of the blood of other animals is the reason bats have become associated with vampires, causing many people to have an irrational fear of bats. Fact is that bats are very important parts of the ecosystem and that there is not one species of bat that is dangerous to humans. What has to be considered though, is that a number of bats carry diseases, most commonly rabies. If a person or a pet comes into contact with a wild bat, the risk of an infection should always be considered, especially if the contact takes places in an area in which rabies is common and/or the skin of the person/pet has been punctuated by biting or scratching and/or there has been contact to the tissues (mouth,nose,eyes). Action must also be taken if there is any contact to the blood or saliva of a possibly infected bat. In the just mentioned case, people have to immediately consult a doctor/a veterinarian in order to get themselves or their pet vaccinated. The rabies vaccine is, fortunately, a vaccine that can be applied even after the infectous contact has occured, providing that medical attention is sought immediately and the vaccine is given as soon as possible, this meaning hours, not days. Now after having mentioned that some bats carry the rabies virus, it has to also be mentioned that this applies only to a small minority of bats; Caution is still advised. Places in which bats can be encountered are caves, trees, underneath bridges, inside tunnels, buildings, and other places in which these almost exclusively nocturnal animals spend their days sleeping, either in large groups or as loners. After dark one might encounter them flying over fields, through the forest, or simply through the streets. There is still so much that can be told about these intrigueing and beautiful animals, so it can only be recommended to take the time to read up on them a little more and get to know them.**
