versuch dafür zu sorgen, dass die tür nicht abgeschlossen wird zbs. sag du hast sie schon abgeschlossen.geh auf Toilette, spül nachts ab, so als ob du auf Klo warst, und schleiche dann langsam nach draußen, kommst du rein und deine Eltern,etc merken das, sag dir ist etwas aus dem Fenster gefallen, dass du grade holen wolltest, bzw hast ( also hab das ´´ herunter gefallene Gegenstand bei dir und zeig es ihnen dann)

Film gucken , Buch lesen , spazieren gehen . Vllt  aufräumen , Kuchen backen ,  milchshake Machen ..Es Gibt Viel :)

Falls du male up benutzt oder Puder würde ich dir raten es nicjt zu tragen wird schwer ,war bei mir auch so ,aber nur nach einer Woche hatte ich Viel weniger Pickel .
