Apparently, as a matter of precaution, if achild capable of rational action (mumayyiz) wearsihram himself, he must also be circumcised. If he is not, or his guardian helped him wearihram, it is not clear that he is required to have been circumcised for the purpose of tawaf, although, as a matter of precaution, he should be.

Übersetzung:

Offensichtlich muss ein Kind, das zu rationalem Handeln fähig ist (mumayyiz), vorsichtshalber auch beschnitten werden. Wenn dies nicht der Fall ist oder sein Vormund ihm beim Wearihram geholfen hat, ist nicht klar, dass er zum Zweck des Tawaf beschnitten worden sein muss, obwohl er dies vorsichtshalber sein sollte.

Es muss also gemacht werden. Wenn ein erwachsener Mann hingegen später zum Islam konvertiert, ist dies nicht zwingend erforderlich.
