Wie kann man ein erfolgreicher YouTuber werden (Gaming)?

Also ich will mit einem kleinen Gaming-Channel auf YouTube anfange für Tutorials und Gameplays. Und was benötige ich dafür (welches Equipment,welche Einstellung,aufbau des intros) ? Wie sollte alles aufgebaut sein und auf welcher Weise bekomme ich in kurzer Zeit viel Abos ohne Werbung(die bringt auch so nix ^^) ?
