Hier eine Anleitung, wie du es manuell deinstallieren kannst:

1. Open Task Manager (you can open Task Manager by pressing [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[Esc]). Make sure none of the following process is running. If not, end them one-by-one.
– groove.exe
– msosync.exe
– msouc.exe
– csisyncclinet.exe
– winword.exe
– excel.exe
– powerpnt.exe
2. Open Windows RUN command interface by pressing [Windows] key and [R] key together
3. Type „%LOCALAPPDATA%\\Microsoft\\Office\\15.0\\OfficeFileCache“ and then press the [Enter]key.
4. Delete the content of the folder.
5. Open Windows RUN command interface by pressing [Windows] key and [R] key together
6. Type „%LOCALAPPDATA%\\Microsoft\\Office\\Spw“ and then press the [Enter] key.
7. If you get an error when executing the actions above command, one of the .exe processes is probably still running. Correct the problem by returning to the Task Manager section, stopping the processes and then removing the directories as described previously.
8. Before editing the registry please make a backup copy of it just in case (right clicks on the key and select export).
9. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Office\\15.0\\Common\\Internet -> and we deleted the key called „Server Cache“. As I explained you this key will be recreated after synchronization is re-established.
10. Open Windows RUN command interface again by pressing [Windows] key and [R] key together and type Groove.exe /clean /all and hit [Enter].
11. Sync the library again.
