Wann benutzt man Gerund , wann Infinitiv?

Hallo wir haben einen Text und ich verstehe nicht wann ich was nehmen soll, kann mir es jemand bitte mit einem von diesen Sätzen oder mehr erklären ?
Do you remember to feel/feeling great because you bought some cool clothes for just a few dollars? Did you stop to think/thinking why they were so cheap? For millions of people - mostly women and children - our love of cheap clothes means to work/working in a sweatshop for as little as a dollar a day. What kind of life can anybody live on that kind of money? How can children an education if they are working, sometimes from the age of five? We're not saying 'stop to buy /buying clothes. We're saying 'try not to buy/buying clothes which are made in sweatshops

Manche Verben verlangen ein Gerund in bestimmter Bedeutung

z. B. remember + inf. = dran denken, etwas zu tun

remember + gerund: sich an etwas erinnern (wie Satz 1)

Stop to think: mit etwas aufhören, um nachdenken zu können

stop thinking: aufhören, zu denken, nachzudenken...

Mean: mean + gerund: bedeutet es für die Leute (wie im Text)

mean + infinitiv: nicht gemeint/gewollt haben...

Today I tell you something about how to go shopping clothes.

First you must go to a bank. There you take off money from a cash dispenser. Then you go in a boutique. In this you look at clothes and choose something. In a locker room you try it on. Then you superior whether you want to buy it. If you want it, go to the checkout and stand in the queue. If it´s your turn, pay for your clothing. Then you can go back home.

ich habe diesmal eine Zusammenfassung von einem Arbeitsblatt mit dem Thema "Working abroad" geschrieben und bitte euch den Text nach Fehlern (Satzbau, Grammatik) zu überfliegen:

Working abroad means to interact with different people, culture, customs, traditions, religion and language. You can not behave like you do in your home country. You should respect the rules and laws. For example in Arab countries you should follow some simple but important rules. A businessman should always wear a suit and ties. Womans should cover their arms and legs in public. However, working abroad can be useful for you. You can form relationships. You can build up a network of contacts. You get to know different culture and language. But, before you go abroad you should prepare. Inform you self about local climate, society rules, money changing, passport and entry requirements.

Verbesserungsvorschläge?

In my opinion shopping on the Net is much easier and more comfortable than buying things in a real shop. With a few clicks you can buy the item which you were looking for. Also, there is a wide variety of stores on the internet, so it is possible to compare the prices of the products really quickly and pick the cheapest offer. Another advantage for online shopping is that there are no lines to wait in or weird people to deal with. Unfortunately if you want to buy clothes on the Net you can’t try them on and see if they fit, like Tanja said. And in some cases the delivery might not arrive at the right time or even might not arrive at all, you always have to proof the integrity of the online store. Luckily I have never experienced such problems.

This comment will be about school uniforms. in the USA for example there are schools where you have to wear school uniforms and in germany you dont have to wear them. now the question is if we should introduce school uniforms in germany?

On the one hand school uniforms are very good. when everyone wears the same, nobody can say things because of their look like. so there is less bullying at school. nobody recognize if someone is poor or rich and it's easier for poorer people to find friends. In addition to this the students are a community. All of them are working together. Without school uniforms there are allways some outsider which have to work alone. the class is not divided into cool and not cool but there is a single group. also the school is represented by the students when they wear uniforms. all looks the same and the whole school hold together. everybody can see which school it is.

But on the other hand school uniforms are not very helpful. you can not wear what you want and you can not have your own style. But this is very important at this age. students have to develop their own personalities. moreover you can not stop bullying. maybe it is reduced by school uniforms but you can never stop it forever. there are students who does not look good with them or they are bullied because of their behavior. in addition, bullying takes place in the free time of students. so outsider are only in school protected. above all it is very expensive. families have to buy these uniforms and they are not cheap. when you have more than one child, it becomes more expensive. after school most of the students wear normal clothes. so you have to buy both - school uniforms and clothes for the free time. everyone changes the outfit once per day. it is very expensive for poor families. maybe their children have to wear the uniform the whole day.

In some countries all over the world school children have to wear uniforms the color scheme and style varies from school to school. In other countries pupils can wear to school what ever clothes they choose. In those countries it could be difficult to introduce school uniforms, because they are not traditionally used to wearing one. In the following essay I want to discuss the advantages to introduce school uniforms world wide.

In my opinion school uniforms ind schools are positive but negative too because not every student have the same style and they cant decide which school uniforms they wanted to wear.

School uniforms are on the one side good because a lot of children are victims of bullying because some of theme haven’t enough money to buy expensive and nice clothes. In this case the school uniform is very practically and maybe a good problem-solving.

On the other side pupils cant find our style and have to wear clothes that they don’t wanted. School uniforms can be nice but not every day ,It quickly becomes boring .However, there are people around the world for which it is too expensive ,always to buy a school uniform. Children grow fast and because of that they have to buy an again and again. We must take into account that the school uniform is maybe expensive but the clothes that the kids need for school is not cheaper and they have to be buy again and again, too.

On the other hand if the pupils wear school uniforms there is not a difference between rich and poor.

I have come to the conclusion that school uniforms are not everywhere positive and children should be able to develop their own style. Cause the bully is not reduced by a school uniform.

To address this situation and to think of the interests of the developing nations, you can help with the purchase of Fair Trade products. Fair Trade offers a direct and easy way to improve the situation of producers. By buying fair trade products, consumers can contribute to socially, economically or environmentally sustainable production and at the same time also to take a stand against modern slavery. Sure, Fair Trade has disadvantages. The seal is also assigned if only a part complies with the production of the fair trade conditions. In addition there are reduced choice of products and fair trade is mostly more expensive as normal products. It is also important to noted that certification by seal is very expensive for companies. That means that products without Fair Trade seal could be fairly traded.

Nonetheless we are living in a world with a growing gap between rich and poor countries. The simple choice of what cocoa or coffee you buy can mean the difference between life and death for some of the world's poorest people. If people spend their money for Fair Trade products as for commercial companies that companies goes bankrupt and they are compelled to produce Fair Trade. Demand determines supply. As people who belong to the ‘’rich’’ of this world, it should be a concern for us to help the poor. To pay attention to our consumer behavior is a first and very helpful step towards justice. ** #### Headline ####
