wir halten bald ein Kurzreferat in Englisch über Oliver Cromwell und haben jetzt einen Text ins Englische übersetzt (paar Wörter wussten wir nicht). Da wir beide aber nicht so gut in der Englischen Satzstellung sind wollten zur Sicherheit hier nocheinmal nachfragen ob das einigermaßen gutes Englisch ist. Danke schoneinmal im Vorraus.

Oliver Cromwell was born on 25 April 1599 and died on 3 September 1658th He ruled as Lord Protector of England, Scotland and Ireland during the brief republican period in British history.
He was the son of the landed gentry Robert Cromwell (c. 1560-1617) and his wife Elizabeth Stewart (or Stewart from 1564 to 1654) was born in Huntingdon, in the county of Huntingdonshire in East Anglia.
1640 called the king a Parliament because he urgently for the Bishop war against the Scots needed money.
