To begin with I want to (besser: would like to) mention that I am of the opinion that (Wiederholung) history repeats constantly and will always do so - both on a small (---) and on a large scale. Although it doesn't repeat exactly alike
Komma parallels very often are clearly distinguishable (Word Order).

And (kein Satzanfang) often, however (passt nicht zum Satzanfang), that isn't negative - quite on the contrary - so when a man proposals a woman (which has happened million of times before) or when a young couple decides to have a baby. (Der Absatz ergibt keinen Sinn.)

Why it is that history repeats is obvious. People resemble each other. So resemble the circumstances each another, in which people live. We are situated in world with limited resources, and that means that some decisions we take are more or less forced. Thus, in fact, we can learn a lot from history as we can learn (Wiederholung) from our parents or our grandparents.

But why it is that the same big mistakes are repeated again and again is difficult to say or even to comprehend.

As an example I want to (s.o.)
pick up the eastern region of Asia - which in its currents condition in some way resembles to the Europe's situation Hier fehlt eine Präposition. the early 20th century Komma shortly before the outbreak of Word War I. Here too (in Eastern Asia)

Komma we see unsolved territorial conflicts, a rise of nationalism, complex military alliances and in some cases hatred between nations. It is very alarming to see (Wiederholung) that nobody is willing to de-escalate the situation - though nobody can have an interest in an military dispute.

After all, if World War I has a lesson to teach than that control over things can easily be lost and that event in such a heated situation can fastly
get a momentum themselves, which can't be stopped any more. Though the situation isn't exactly alike Komma (---) the protagonists in this current crisis should be alarmed not to make the same mistakes that have been made before.

Or, as the German foreign minister Frank Walter Steinmeier recently said in a discussion forum with distinguished guests: History doesn't repeat automatically. We have the option to intervene. Hence it is worth looking back. (quotation marks)

Im vierten Abschnitt steht : I has a Lesson. Müsste es nicht i had a Lesson sein ?:)

Nein, I heißt hier nicht ich sondern the first; es geht um den 1. Weltkrieg.

Hab die ersten 2 Absaetze gelesen. Viele Fehler.

Beispiel: so when a man proposals a woman. - when a man proposes to a woman

..... that I am of the opinion that history repeats constantly - that in my opinion history repeats itself ...
