Every day I wake up at 8 oclock and eat cornflakes. Until 12 oclock I only eat fruits and do sports like running. At 13 oclock I eat peas with fish. Furthermore, I go to a Fitness studio and do some sports there with my coaches. Then at 18 oclock I eat only yoghurt and fruits. After that time I eat nothing more. A very important point in my daily eating program is that I drink a lot of water and this give me a feeling that I am not hungry. At last before I go sleep I drink green tea. Every day I try to wake up and go to sleep at the same time as the day before. I can tell from my experience that this program works

I wake up (= aufwachen; get up = aufstehen) at 8 o’clock every day and eat cornflakes. Until 12 o’clock I only eat fruit (= Obst) and do sports like running. At 1 o’clock I eat peas with fish. Furthermore, I go to a gym and do some sports there with my coaches. Then, I eat only yoghurt and fruit (s.o.) at 6 o’clock (in the evening). After that I do not eat anything else. A very important point in my daily eating program (= AE; programme = BE) is that I drink a lot of water.
This gives me the feeling of not being hungry. Finally, I drink green tea before I go to sleep (= einschlafen; go to bed = ins Bett gehen). Moreover, I try to get up (s.o.) and go to bed at the same time every day as on the day before. I can tell from (--) experience that this program (s.o.) works.
