Er bekommt nicht automatisch den Namen der Mutter, wenn eine Erklärung und Vaterschaftsanerkennung vorlag. Kann man schon vorgeburtlich machen und schon im Krankenhaus so erklären bei Geburtsanmeldung. Wenn Du beim Standesamt alles bereits hinter Dir hast, ist es wohl zu spät.

Klar,kostet aber was die Papiere zu Bearbeiten bei der Gemeinde.Gibt ja auch Namensänderungen.
