Gesetzliche Vorschriften gibt es hier nicht, aber neben dem Absender solltest Du einen Text wie den folgenden oder sein deutsches Pendant als Fussnote anfügen.

Das bindet zwar den Empfänger nicht rechtlich, hilft aber im Zweifelsfall doch.
