Mache mal die beiden Java-Parameter -Xmx... und -Xmn raus... Du startest Minecraft mit grad mal 0.5 GB RAM. Das wäre für mich jetz mal die logischste Lösung :)

Leide kann ich es nicht richtig beantworten aber ich habs auch sehr oft sogar voher (Wegen ausversehen FalscherEinstellungen)
