Brief in Englisch - Geht das so?

Folgender Entwurf:

To whom it may concern:

I want to ask about a claimed, but inactive username. I would really like to hold the username '--' as my shown name on Instagram, but on this account, I found out this user never posted a picture and is also not following anybody (https:--). Trying to contact this person, which impersonate itself as --, was not successful. As I read in you helpcenter (https:--) you suggest that, if a username is already claimed, I should consider to choose another available option with adding periods, numbers etc. and although I completely respect your policy I politly ask, if there is the possibilty to delete this inactive account to free the name for someone else. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely (--)

I want to ask about a claimed, but inactive username. I would
like to USE the NAME '--' as my USERNAME on Instagram, BUT IT HAS ALREADY BEEN CLAIMED BY ANOTHER USER. HOWEVER, THIS OTHER ACCOUNT SEEMS TO BE INACTIVE. I found out this user never posted a picture and is also not following anybody (https:--). Trying to contact this person, WHO impersonates HIM OR HERSELF as -- [was heißt das?], was not successful. As I read in your
helpcenter (https:--) you suggest that, if a username is already
claimed, I should consider to choose another available option with
adding periods, numbers etc. and although I completely respect your
policy I politly ask, if there is the possibilty to delete this inactive
account to MAKE THIS NAME AVAILABLE AGAIN.

LOOKING forward to hearing
from you.

Sincerely (--)
