Acc gelöscht kann Jemand übersetzen?

Ich habe mein Acc versehentlich gelöscht da mein Speicher voll war,habe ich ein Screenshot von mein Code fürs recovery gemacht.Leider war mein Storage voll und das Screenshot konnte net gespeichert werden.Nach dem ich es bemerkt hab.habe Bandai kontaktiert.,da mein Englisch net soo super ist, wollte ich nur mal Fragen was für Fragen ich beantworten soll in dem Text die ich bekommen habe.Da es um ein Account recovery geht.

Please use this function by connecting with “Twitter” or “Facebook” to save your progress and with this you will also be able to restore your playing data even if you have lost your data by some accident.
