Ich glaube sie heisst "CEL - College of English Language". Wohnen werde ich bei einer Gastfamilie (Adresse habe ich noch nicht). Bei welcher Schule wirst Du sein? Und in welchem Zeitraum?

Liiiisaaa12 Da die Wahrscheinlichkeit jemanden hier zu finden etwas geringer ist (denke ich einfach mal) würd ich dir vorschlagen mal auf facebook nach deiner Sprachschule zu suchen. Die meisten Sprachschulen haben ihre eigene Facebook Page. Dort kannst du dann gezielt nach Leuten Fragen, die zur gleichen Zeit wie du vor Ort sind.

Da hast Du immer schönes Wetter auf Garantie. Die Stadt ist toll, ob nun von den kulturellen Möglichkeiten, den sportlichen, Shopping oder Party. Und die einmalig tolle Lage: nahe an Mexico, im Hinterland die Berge und der Wüstenpark. Wenn das nicht Grund genug ist sich für San Diego zu entscheiden.....????

Klima und kostenloses Parken gehören zum Standart.
Ich kann mich nicht daran erinnern, dass ich außer auf bewachten Parkplätzen jemals dazu aufgefordert worden bin, Kohle für mit "Steuergeldern" bezahlten Asphalt, zum ausruhen meines Vehikel, benutzen zu dürfen.
Das Auto ist für die Amis wie ein Pferd, nur bei der bewachten Pflege (Stall) wird bezahlt.

Die Satzstellung im Englischen ist in einem einfachen Satz:
S-P/V-O (Subjekt-Prädikat/Verb-Objekt)
Beispiel:
I (Subjekt) write (Prädikat/Verb) a letter (Objekt).
Für Sätze mit Zeit und Ortsangabe gilt:
(Zeit) S-P/V-O (Subjekt-Prädikat/Verb-Objekt)-Ort-(Zeit)
Beispiel:
Every day (Time) Jill(Subject) reads (Predicate/Verb) a book (Object) in her room (Place) in the evening.
Gibt es in einem Satz 2 Zeitangaben, steht die detailliertere zuerst.
We eat at one o'clock on Monday.
Für längere, komplizierter Sätze mit zusätzlichen adverbialen Bestimmungen (Ort, Zeit usw.) kann man diese Formel wie folgt verlängern:
(Z) - S - P - O – AOZG =
Zeit (kann am Satzanfang stehen) - Subjekt - Prädikat - Objekt - adverbiale Bestimmungen in der Reihenfolge: Art und Weise, Ort, Zeit, Grund (z.B. because).
I (= Subjekt) think you should wear(= Prädikat)
this dress (= Objekt) more often (= Art und Weise).

alles was meiner meinung falsch war, habe ich groß geschrieben :) außerdem finde ich, dass das ende ein bisschen zu abrupt ist, vielleicht noch un petit résumé ... sonst ist er ganz gutt ;)

Hi, ich habe vor 4 Jahren ein Austauschjahr gemacht und ich hoffe ich kann dir helfen.
Also du kannst dir nicht ausuchen in welche Stadt du kommst, außer du kennst dort jemanden der dich aufnehmen würde, oder du hast ein paar 1000 Euro mehr die du gerne hergeben würdest, dann schon sonst nicht.
Ein Jahr USA kostet dich zwischen 7000 und 10.000 Euro. Mit Städtewahl, die nicht gerade von vielen Organisationen angeboten wird, zahlst du sicher zwischen 2000 - 5000 Euro mehr.
Die meisten Austauschschüler in den USA kommen in Kleinstädte, Dörfer oder in die Pampa, Großstädte sind so gut wie nie dabei, da musst du schon ganz großes Glück haben. Die Gastfamilien suchen sich ihre ATS aus und nicht umgekehrt. Du kannst da wirklich irgendwo landen.
Du musst vor der Abreise 15 Jahre alt sein. Besser gesagt, am 31.7 des Abreisejahres musst du 15 sein, sonst musst du ein Jahr länger warten.
